Does not provide any kind of bonus , benefits ,perks , tea or coffee during break I'd card we have to make by ourself and company does not provide money for it for 3 months we have to remind them for money

Worst work culture, partners do personal comments on specially girls , abusive language is common.

Dislikes

...epends on senior and lots of politics 3. Abusive language and person grudges. 4. Unnecessary leaves nd no salary if u r on notice period and lot of harassment. People like ending life with thay mental pressure.

Good culture and partners are supportive and transparent.there is so much learning opportunities and good chance to grow and they give good salary hike and retention bonus every year.

Salary is decent but Carrer growth is slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable and high quality services. It is good to work there because I learnt there how to work independently, many excel tools, punctuality and the spirit of others in that organization to work forever till the end of life. I have also travelled some states like Chandigarh, hissar, punchkula, Ranchi for the purpose of audit. Further, I have met many people of different cultures and different qualities and learnt from them.

Compensation is low but provide a growth opportunities platform

It's been almost 3 years since I'm associated with the firm and during my stint, I've seen myself growing both personally and professionally. The nature of work and the team has always kept me going. Also, the on job training has kept me updated as per new technological and software updations.

Since, attrition rate in the CA firms is invariably on the higher side and still I've managed to survive until now, that mean things are going good, as of now.
