Does not provide any kind of bonus , benefits ,perks , tea or coffee during break I'd card we have to make by ourself and company does not provide money for it for 3 months we have to remind them for money

Worst work culture, partners do personal comments on specially girls , abusive language is common.

Dislikes

...epends on senior and lots of politics 3. Abusive language and person grudges. 4. Unnecessary leaves nd no salary if u r on notice period and lot of harassment. People like ending life with thay mental pressure.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable and high quality services. It is good to work there because I learnt there how to work independently, many excel tools, punctuality and the spirit of others in that organization to work forever till the end of life. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
