...ter all persons knows why rey,why we came here like that they ll be bothered, If you want go there is no chance you have to pay 3 months gross are you listing not a basic brothers, it is gross we have to pay, why beacuse this amount for your certificates only, they not give releiving,service certificate, you are paying 3 mon5gross for our certificates, 20 . every person should give orginal certificates experienced and fresheres 21. Every month 1CL only we can use that ll be taken approval head not by message directly or telephonic,msgs not acceptable 22.eariers ammount they don't pay ever, any employee settlement is not there, they ll stop last one month salary and they are telling within 45 days we ll pay,but they are not paying 23. EL ammount earrir amount not paying. 24. Very backward company, good softwares not availble for documents system,all are manual procedures 25. Even pay slips also they are not providing, first we have put latter for pay slips with reason like home loan house loan then only ll give HOD approval then we have submit this letter to HR ,they ll give months after 26. So many HR left from organisation short period of time you can imagine how the comany and cmny policies are. 27. Mangement don't give respect to concern department heads ,pls don't go and blame 28. Even small audit is going overal cmny including RA accounts purchase,ARD all other temas should come to Sunday.they ll not pay for that. More and more points is there but my hands getting pain enough pls don't join don't spoil your personnel life, career growth, knowledge, time,skills. Actually 1 star rating also waste for this company
