Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

As our comapny in KSA and ksa maintain very well to controll covid19 Ksa not allowed more then 40% employ on duety . And they check daily bases and shift wise employ temp against covid symptoms . Till now all employ save and i hope our comapny mange very well and safe us .and we are not allowed to out side after duety off . Maximum stay at home . We thankful to KSA Government . Because the govenrment is to fast to safe the human life
