Sovtech operates on Sovtech time, this is much slower than usual, and while I have still not fully adjusted to the this new way of working, I have got a lot more free time which is a definite bonus.

Dislikes

There are several issues, the biggest issue I have found working at Sovtech is the lack of any company culture. This is not for a lack of trying, there has been some focus on this recently but without a more experienced team I don't see this changing anytime soon. A strong company culture is important for your company’s longevity and business success. In order to build an exciting culture that will entice job seekers and retain employees, you need to be thoughtful with the type of organizational culture you aim to create. Be vigilant against the following company culture red flags to allow a positive work environment to flourish.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
