There is No transportation facilities and also the attration rate is very high. So if the company looks after it that can be helpful for the growth of the company.

Work culture is OK, my manager is very egoistic person and during covid pandemic I was at my native and I stuked due to lockdown and they force me to resign. I resigned due to pressure.. So it was terrible and right now I am jobless.

Up to Officer level it is good higher management , QA head is arrogant and very poor in knowledge.and as Director operations is also very poor knowledge.QC head Madam is also hopeless and political.

Appraisal is given by close ones who are close to Managers ,Ladies politics in QC and Microbiology is spoiled company culture
