Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Excellent teammates, regular training to upgrade and always be within the system, there is room to expand as far as career growth is concerned,the salaries are favorable and appraisals done yearly, travelling allowance is there though it is not enough, academic upgrading is allowed

Some managers are jealous whenever you are going to school they want to block one's success,the percentage of appraisal not free at times, travelling allowances sometimes cut which will then affect when one travels,
