Southern Bakeries is contract unit of Britannia it's a very good company and I feel so happy to work here. In this company I'm QC Chemist I'm taking care of Raw material and Packing material Analysis, calibration of pH meter and refractometer, weighing balance. Standardization and preparation of Chemicals. Retention analysis of Raw material and Finished Good. Daily quality inspection (DQI), Vehicle Inspection and Sampling, Good manufacturing practices (GMP), External calibration of equipments.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
