Salary credited on time. Moderate work life balance

1) Very poor salary 2) Zero growth scope. (BDM India is not yet promoted for last 10 years. No promotion scope for KAM) 3) Management is pathetic. 4) Instead of working managers do time pass by organizing meetings. 5) No supports for front end guys. 6) Too much internal politics, impossible to handle.

Very poor Management 1)The manager does not stand up for the team at all २)The manager never talks about technical issues, he is content to gossip 3)There is management pressure on promotion and pay rise...Management is busy in getting their own pay rise and promotion. 4)Only 4-5 top management are handling the entire company

Almost no good things except you get free time and become lazier.

...the CTC. And depending on sales it varies from 50% to 150%. Which is disturbing. It affect in hand salary a lot. (Problems to loans and credits.) c. Annual increments are not good (generally 10% on basic) and in most cases it is less that 10% on basic salary. Which when converted on CTC it goes down to 7-8% Moral - Management is ancient and rigid. They are far behind market in case of manpower management resulting in 60% people from engineering department resigned in 3 weeks.

If you are experienced, this is a very good company to work with. They will provide you very much work life balance to you and work load is also less. Good choice I can say.

Some manager's are taking biased decisions. Basically our team.

Company working culture is really professional and understanding. People are genuine. So, if you get the opportunity to work over here , go forward and grab the opportunity. This is my opinion and for my profile I can say.
