Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural backgrounds , and we worked happily in collaboration. Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Manager don't value an individual unique strength. We are doing works hard on field but the management team's not given a single appreciation to our team during my working period in the company.
