Nothing positive. Rich people with archaic mindset filled with full Nepotism. If you dont believe me take an anonymous survey of all the employees there. They will tell you even more.

Dislikes

People working there are pretty average because they are managed people who are below par themselves. No matter how much money they make they are nothing but money makers, their opinion among their own employees is the lowest. They believe all of them are loyal but truth is something else.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
