All aspects of the company is very bad, they are providing very worst food, and even they will not change the vendor also, mainly HR dept is fraud dept, He is doing finance business in the company.

HR Mouli is doing daily finance business in the company, food also worst, Hr is maintaining the a team from each dept, and creating job fear to employee by using higher authority names

Very bad culture...no body is allowed to have lunch other than the lunch break .no body is allowed to have tea /coffee other than the tea break for 15 min during the full 8 hours..even if the employee is busy doing official work or on call even then he is not allowed to have a tea..such a jail like atmosphere. Don't join this company HR head doesn't come to office at all..does all work from home .same as for finance head.they have their reporting manager sitting overseas. Other than that everybody is supposed to come on time. HR and finance head thinks they are the owners of the company..attrition rate is very high here..nobody works here for more than 1 year. Singapore headoffice should now get involve to correct the work culture .
