South India Krishna Oil and Fats Pvt. Ltd. (SIKOF) is 100% subsidiary of the Musim Mas Group that is headquartered in Singapore. The Musim Mas Group first started as Nam Cheong Soap Factory in Medan, Indonesia in 1932, selling bar soaps. Nam Cheong was renamed as Musim Mas in 1972, which has now developed into a fully integrated global palm oil corporation. SIKOF has its state of the art manufacturing facility in India, at Krishnapatnam, AP. The foundation of the Indian operations is based on the strengths of P.T Musim Mas experience in the manufacturing and trading of edible oils in the Indian Market. The refining capacity of the facility is 1200 TPD of palm, palm kernel, sunflower oils etc. Besides refining imported and local crude oils, the facility is equipped to produce palm, lauric and soft oils based specialty fats and other fats for Indian Confectionery, Bakery and Chocolate Industry. SIKOF is currently the largest unit in Krishnapatnam in terms of installed capacity with the latest state of the art production facility. SIKOF is adopting the latest technology and PLC controlled production process to ensure only products that meet the stringent global standards and quality are passed on to discerning customers. The Refinery began its operations in September 2011. SIKOF production is also supported by another plant located in Thiruvarur (Tamil Nadu) by name of Tvarur Oils & Fats Pvt. Ltd. running at a capacity of ~300 TPD. Besides the plant locations of Nellore & Thiruvarur our Corporate Office is based at New Delhi and Sales & Marketing Office is based at Hyderabad.
