The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology for working environment , i love the fact that i am a part of the team that markets high quality relaible products and has a good global base around the working environment.

Compensation is descent and the growth is very slow , the work pressure is high sometimes i have to work day and night for the smooth operations , managers do not value an individuals unique strength. and also there is no on job training for the freshers hence seniors like me have to guide them step by step eventhough there is no appraisals

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
