Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. In the middle of the covid, I received a call from Manager and told simply stop the work. Giving all the rights to one senior person that one person using all the employees for his work. Finally we got a call from chairman in that time and he is speaking with us in conference about you guys are not giving any placement till now. But that senior employee placemented a person and finally he is safe. We all are scold from chairman and we lost jobs. Senior employee using all the employee's hard work and finally he is safe after placement and at the time of placement saying this is my hardwork for that word remaining employees feels 😔 wt you guys think, because of the reason remaining guys lost job's
