I have not seen anything which disturbed me or my mindset about the Sourcefuse. I got a chance to met smart and intelligent people in Sourcefuse.

Likes

Nothing is there to like it. I would not recommend anyone to join Sourcefuse. They just use the people and throw them away.

Dislikes

There is no appraisal. At the time of appraisal cycle they always find a reason to not provide it to the employee. No work ethics are there. People's are drinking inside of office. No night shift allowance. Manager is so ridiculous.

Some peoples are helpful. Hybrid and WFH is the key point to work.

Dislikes

Some management and lead persons are not listen the juniors problem. Rating and review process is only for showing to employee but appraisal and promotions are not as good as you rating and review or we can say our promotions and appraisals are not depend on your ratings. Company is not properly trained to freshers.

Salary hikes are good and except that nothing is good.

Dislikes

Internal project managers are not good they just want to finish the projects in hurry. Also they expect to work for more than 8hrs so work life balance sucks in internal projects.

The culture here is professionally cordial and straightforward. You get to take credit for your work and expect gratitude.

Dislikes

People here somewhat lack the motivation to start from scratch in design projects. Everything needs to be started from templates.
