The company suffers from ineffective management, lacking a clear understanding of day-to-day operations but maintaining an illusion of being well-informed. The relentless pressure from higher management on employees to work day and night just to satisfy their clients. which is not professional at all.

this company Environment and Colleagues are very helpful and very friendly behaviour but Management and HR and Mainly Lady Owner is very Cheap and dirty mind rude behaviour like unprofessional behaviour Owner is to much knowledge is not about of anything but she describes her self as if she knows everything and he is also very rude and HR is his daughter they feel like this and HR's Knowledge is Very Low See they don't know the difference between Graphics Designer And Front End Developer Idiots .

I have joined SourceMash 15 days back. I feel that working environment is so good & every employee and management are very co-operative and helping. I learned a lot in these 15 days. Also infrastructure of the company is very good. They are also provide us a play zone and a very beautiful cafeteria area.

Sourcemash does fun and interesting things such as having a large celebration once a month for all employees with birthdays that month. The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. Oh! Sad but it's a long long list to go. Sharing my honest review without any revenge behind this, just to save others from their horrible experience of toxic job environment with insecured job. Firstly, You can get fired at any time and secondly HR and management is on another level of unprofessionalism and rudeness. Nothing to learn and nothing much to work on. Everything is going on changeable instructions and planning. You can only survive here if you pamper the ego of management. They will strict you within the 2 yrs bond and if you break it then 2 months salary and three months notice need to be given but they can throw you out without notice. Three people in management, one is always on mood swings with lady tantrums, second is always on high due to short term memory loss, and the third and last one is not here, lives in US and he is the one who is client also. We always get to know that finance manager is working in company but here accountant has all the power to take the decisions to fire, hire and judge work of other departments without proper knowledge and involvements. So guys, please save your careers and don't cross by this company by mistake also.
