Work from home and flexible hours. Salary credited on time. No issues for availing leave but can't take more than one day in a stretch.

Dislikes

Managers lack technical knowledge. the work will be thrown to hard working fellow instead of distributing it evenly among team members. All manager want is completion of work with quality and time. Only management choosen people are provided with certificates and onsite opportunity. Hardworking people are gifted with more work on continuous basis. projects not handled properly from initiation but harried at last. Teamcenter data filling work.

There only biasing in this company owner is worried and only favors get high pay and all other features

Everything is dislike, they do micro manage they have ctv every corner to do micromanage this is a annoying company not good to join To give over all rating do not join, Rating -10 out of 10, no benifts, all benefits goes only for favors not to everyone, do not recommend to join this company Management -10 rating favor only few people

The appraisal is very less or there won't be any, saying they will provide next year. Once you put the paper, they treat you as a villian. All the good work you have done vanishes suddenly.

Compact office with no cafeteria and proper rest rooms. Some times you feel like you are siting in Cyber centre. Managers lack technical knowledge, they only know how to use Excel and power point. Overall atmosphere in the company is bit toxic. Too much politics on hikes and On-site opportunities. They will make you sign documents such that you can't able to join any big semiconductor companies for one year. I heard they will give negative feedback once you leave the company and they will treat you as enemy while they are on notice period. Manager will watch CCTV moniter all the time, you don't have privacy in this company.
