As there are lots of projects in the company hence, sometimes the workload goes beyond the expectation level that may cause somewhat very discomfort to someone, and sometimes due to excessive workload have to do some stretch, this is again felt not good every time.

...urity is there, growth is also very good here. HR is really good and responsive. Salary is on time, even in this pandemic situation. Management understand employee's needs. The work culture is very good here. The team members are quite helpful. Company is providing work from home facility during this covid period.

Don't have free food facilities in office. Also there is no pick-up and drop facilities.

As there are lots of projects in the company hence, sometimes the workload increases a lot. There is no medical insurance. Extend working hours, sometimes it is hectic from employee perspective.

I have been working at SDG for a year now and I am absolutely satisfied with the work culture here. I am learning every single day and there are immense possibilities of growth as an employee in this company. My colleagues are amazing and we have a very healthy work environment here. Also, the Team Leads and Managers are well-equipped for their respective roles and are very supportive in everything that we do. The company believes in Team Work and also, nobody is superior and no one is treated inferior at SDG. We can also get in touch with the Toronto Management at any point in time and the HR policies are also quite impressive.

...We have been working quite closely as a team even during this pandemic WFH life. Compensation is also decent. Work pressure is sometimes high. However, the Managers are always there to support.
