Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

...pany but they won't provide any experience letter and other necessary documents. 3) There is no growth for experienced testers 4) They don't provide salary of the days which we worked during notice period. 5) It's totally waste of time working in this organisation as they play with future job career by not providing experience letter. 6) company is very strict in case of leaves as they don't provide any leaves.

If you perform atleast in one Sprint also your job is in danger , than they ask detail of every minute, and if you don't provide it properly, CEO will mail about theft and hold the salary and will fire Youuu , so be careful
