The pay is definitely above industry standards. I was given the liberty to choose and work the way I do work. Anything you needed in terms of learning courses, hardware was promptly provided by the team.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about Sosuv as much. I was there for a short tenure. If you’re someone who can take accountability and responsibility of your tasks then you’d have no issues working here. Since the team is small, expect a little work life imbalance at the start of your tenure.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
