Job Security is good, Salary comes in time. If fresher good to be there for a year and half and look for better opportunity. Others stay for a year and switch

...k about getting hike if you are on contract doesn't matter how hard work you do. Got mistakes on even tds deductions they got cut off from your salary and not paid to income tax you can understand what happened

They play with minds and however smart and talented you are, it is still not counted and waste because the old employees just want their ego to be pleased.
