Likes

The company is ready to take fresh graduates and give them experience. However, it is on very low price.

Dislikes

Compensation and salary benefits are terrible. The construction department revolves around two person. Not much scope for growth. The company takes medium/low scale projects so they dont have to hire more professional engineers.
