Work is not great. Product management function/processes are not followed. There is no validation of the assumptions in building the product. Product features decisions are taken by higher executives and PMs are asked to simply get them implemented. No questions are answered. The product algorithm is a simple mean/median based product. Nothing fancy about it although higher management tries to portray the product as a technological marvel.
