no like... my travel expense is still pending June 2022 to Oct 2022..

very bad experience with this company (IB Lighting).. Senior management (Partha banik , Barni & vibhu sharma) scams and product purchase scams individual super stockist firms (Amigo enterprises Noida & Karnal) fake credit note punch rama electric karnal & Amigo enterprises.. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
