They were clueless. Till March 20th we have to enter after finger scanner(putting th finger on same device). If it is possible for them they would have make us to work from office only.

...ce to work if you have self respect. My Access was revoked without my knowledge. I need to beg for my salary slips.

Job security and basic salary benefits. Joining this organisation would be good but only for a year or two.

Almost zero learning curve. It will let you get into a comfort zone and expect a lot at the same time.

Generally the company is very good for girls and married women. Most of the promotions in this company go to women, and generally women hold the highest positions at there.

Dislikes

it is very difficult to get promotion and salary hike in this company. I joined 2021 as a fresher at that time my package was 2.75Lac I left 2024 at that time my package was 3.50 Lac. Now new fresher's are coming on 3.10 to 3.50. For Experienced 4 to 5Lac depend on the last package.

Good Learnings , completely dependent on Project. Compared to other Service based , this is OK.

Dislikes

...t of the project is dependent on a single Client and they are considered ad GOD. Hybrid mode is not good , Salary deduction if not gone to office. No subsidized food. Its costly. Managers are not technically strong.
