Very good environment, employee centric, work life balance. Positive and very good culture. Organisation supports all the employees during crises and always goes out of the way to support the employees.

Only drawback is the compensation which is being paid. Very low salary packages are being offered and especially for tenured staff it becomes more difficult.

Generally the company is very good for girls and married women. Most of the promotions in this company go to women, and generally women hold the highest positions at there.

Dislikes

it is very difficult to get promotion and salary hike in this company. I joined 2021 as a fresher at that time my package was 2.75Lac I left 2024 at that time my package was 3.50 Lac. Now new fresher's are coming on 3.10 to 3.50. For Experienced 4 to 5Lac depend on the last package.
