Salary hikes/ratings are very biased, everything is depend upon your project. In one project you may get hike of x on some rating while in other you can get 2x on same rating. Skill development is also based on project.

Good to start your career with. People are friendly and open here. Open work culture promotes to have a free conversation with seniors. Chances of onsite are fairly well.

Dislikes

Low pay. Less increments. After merger with steria most of the policies have been changed for cost cutting. Cafeteria food is too bad to eat.

Job security and basic salary benefits. Joining this organisation would be good but only for a year or two.

Almost zero learning curve. It will let you get into a comfort zone and expect a lot at the same time.

Generally the company is very good for girls and married women. Most of the promotions in this company go to women, and generally women hold the highest positions at there.

Dislikes

it is very difficult to get promotion and salary hike in this company. I joined 2021 as a fresher at that time my package was 2.75Lac I left 2024 at that time my package was 3.50 Lac. Now new fresher's are coming on 3.10 to 3.50. For Experienced 4 to 5Lac depend on the last package.
