If you join sopra then do not expect salary hike they will told you they are leveling your team members with your salary range when they equal with your salary then you will get hike in next cycle
Very less annual hikes compared to industry standards.
Slow growth for existing employees, at the same time laterals get a lot more in terms of designation and compensation.
...hard work, that will be recognized. Most of the policies are good for employees. Year on year salary increments are also on par with the market and sometimes even better. Before pandemic there were frequent on-site opportunities.
