If you join sopra then do not expect salary hike they will told you they are leveling your team members with your salary range when they equal with your salary then you will get hike in next cycle

Very less annual hikes compared to industry standards. Slow growth for existing employees, at the same time laterals get a lot more in terms of designation and compensation.

...hard work, that will be recognized. Most of the policies are good for employees. Year on year salary increments are also on par with the market and sometimes even better. Before pandemic there were frequent on-site opportunities.

Dislikes

Quality of projects are not good. No scope for learning or gaining more expertise. This is as per my experience. This may vary for other projects.

If you have the quality of ownership than you will have job security in most organization. Sopra steria is no different. Work life balance is good mostly. You can have bursts of days full of work and then the same for no work. Company culture is a subjective thing. Overall culture is good in the sense that if you're not being heard than you can approach even the CEO directly and they listen.

Dislikes

The salary increments become less as your experience grows. Promotion and other stuff is also not based on skill it's about how much time you've spent working. They don't care about your skillset. You just get assigned in random project with random skills that you have to pickup.
