...d, we weren't granted work from home because the client did not approve of that. But the company was supportive and it continued to pay similar as normal times and even focused on training of it's employees as much as possible. However, I along with some 70 other people from my project ended up loosing our jobs because of downsizing and it is unfortunate that that's how my first job ended.

Dislikes

Everything is was good. The management, culture and people, all are worth remembering. However, I had a rough start and an abrupt ending. The initial client specific background verification process was exhausting and mine got a false report. I was disappointed and had to give proofs and prove the report given by third party wrong. The talent team and security team could have been a bit supportive at that time. But once it got clear and work started, I had a great experience. COVID 19 resulted in lose of a job which could have been a great and long partnership. Things ended unexplained and it's very unfortunate. I'll remember the good times and will not mind working with Sopra Steria again in my life.

Nothing, they do not hv any job security. Process comes and goes all the time. they do not provide any job security to the employees.

At the time of covid19 all companies are giving support to their employees but SopraSteria is doing cost cutting and laid off many employees.

Working environment was good...supporting managers ...good place to work for mothers as they provide crache services...overall a good company

No skill development trainings...salary was average...work pressure is high sometimes i have to wrk for 12 hour shift..

Job security and basic salary benefits. Joining this organisation would be good but only for a year or two.

Dislikes

Almost zero learning curve. It will let you get into a comfort zone and expect a lot at the same time.
