Everything from work culture, work life balance and job security. Even during pandemic organization did promotions, salary appraisal and bonus amount.

Need more projects and need improvement in infrastructure.

Best thing about Steria a very rich and employee friendly culture. Their policies are made to ensure everyone get benefits from it. There are plenty learning opportunities and growth prospects are good for right candidate.

Not much to say but yes salary in non technical domain need to be more competitive as per market.

If so e policy changes based on your work credibility then it's a really good company. Not a pay master and pays below industry standards

Job security and basic salary benefits. Joining this organisation would be good but only for a year or two.

Almost zero learning curve. It will let you get into a comfort zone and expect a lot at the same time.
