No Leave Compensation & No Leave Benefits available. There's no Growth at all. The only so called Senior Manager is the one who knows nothing about the process but the management will go through the suggestions of that irresponsible Senior Manager instead of the Shift Managers/Team Leaders who knows about the process & handles the team. Work pressure is normal but sometimes we have to work 14 to 18 hours straight in a day as client calls or remote support always comes during the time we leave our Shift. Managers & the Management do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why most people working there have to take back their suggestions most of the times. We receive appreciation emails from our clients, but they mostly go unnoticed all the time. So no appraisals. There's no Job security for anyone. If Senior Manager does mistakes & if we question them then we are the next target for them to corner us & throw us out. No on-job training for freshers & mostly quality of training goes diwn since the same irresponsible senior Manager takes care of the quality of entire process. Hence, senior folks like me have to guide freshers & even the trained ones step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes. Overall a unhealthy environment for those who work hard

Salary structure is good, no additional deductions like other companies.
They have provided job security during the project closure.
Almost 95% of the employees's concerns are taken care.
Good support from the management.
There is no direct appraisal but they will give more gifts and other compliments during festival celebrations.
No work pressure compared to other service desk process, having good amount of time to learn new technologies.
Periodic traning programs are conducted but only few utilize that properly.

Need to take new projects with onsite opportunities will be highly appreciated.
