... every minute of your office time to troubleshoot the issues throughout the day. Salary is good as per the Ahmedabad local market but not good as compared to cities like Bangalore. Appraisal will be near to 10% a year. You will get free and transportation and allowance in night shifts only. TL and managers are good if you are productive enough or you get fired on a random day. They will take you to a tour of Goa or nearby places in a year. Team is very nice, you will get to know many new people mostly all the team members remain fresher or get experienced for 2-3 years and they leave the company mostly. You need to take calls and emails from customer for raising the cases and troubleshoot the issues and all day if you are on call your ears may start paining a little. But overall learning is really good as lot of networking products are there from Sophos which many companies run in their network environment mostly SOHO. It depends how curious you are to learn new things. You may not feel valued here after working so hard but technical learning is good.

Loaded work environment, expectation of more productivity, random firing, less professional, sometimes you get abused as well

If you are looking for great salary and overall culture this is for you. You can definitely learn to manage time and you will be a Superman if you can atleast make 1 year there. If you adjust here then you can work anywhere easily.

Too much work. Less engineers and lots of calls. Work pressure will be there.

Completely employee oriented company which takes care about employee benefits. Work cultuur is so good.

You can't target very high package compare to other IT hubs but whatever it pays, it pays highest in Gujarat in this domain

...ze ,you are not assigned to do work what have you shown in you CV and skill set. salary is the big concern and job security is the big question .don't know when they will change their policy and you can get sack .
