Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Sood oil traders give me platform. When i was compelete my mba after that i join sood oil traders pvt. Ltd. I learn lot of thing for sood oil traders pvt. Ltd. My senior and teammates alwayas help me. I learn lot of thing my teammates and senior. Sood oil traders also provide me 1 month traning. Sood oil traders give me lot facility like accoumdation. My job in sales it means 5 days travling. I am very happy i am working with sood oil traders pvt. Ltd.

Dislikes

The main resion of change my job career groth is very slow. When i see my senior they work last 10 year we all salery little differnce. In sood oil traders no groth you have to work on same posion. My want grow my career. I have 2.6 year experince in sales. The work presure is normal. Simply i say we have not get according to our hard work. Every quaters i achive my target bt no groth. Sood oil traders is faster growing distributors of h.p its distributors job not company job. I have get only 11 holiday in year. No medical facility and bf etc.bt i learn how to work in sales person in market.
