Sony India is one of those companies which will give you immense respect for your work. Role has highly defined KRAs and meeting them will be comparatively easy if you spend more than a year in the organisation.

Dislikes

Salary structure can be better, as market offers more to freshers. Transfer should not be the criteria for promotion (this is not true for HO though)

Likes

-Annual parties & Family day -Free Lunch -Fun, Supportive & inclusive environment -Work sometimes feels like fun but at times its so hectic and tiring -Holi/Diwali celebration -Employee discount on sony products(B-type products)

Dislikes

-6 days working(Roaster basis) -very less salary -not much to learn -No/very less opportunity for growth(promotion) -Too much office politics -Some Managers are just there for roaming around, talking all day, gossiping and involved in office politics -brain draining job -Headeachs due to use of headphones

Likes

Culture of company, logical and descent policies of company, support of seniors l, instant resolution of problems.

Dislikes

Noting much just salary is somewhat lower that market, a little issue in work life balance sometimes I had to work without taking any weekly off for whole month

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for lunch & one time food is provided secondly OT is there & last but not the least for every Saturday we come we are paid extra for that .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

Very good company culture They treat Employee as human being not like other companies just using employees. World best company to work .without any doubt join this and you will not regret it

Just money... they are not good pay masters.
