The work environment used to be fantastic, but these days it's really poisonous 😑. With Sony payroll staff and third-party contact center workers, their conduct is completely different; even in an emergency, customers are only permitted to use the first floor restroom and are not permitted to use the ground floor restroom for CC agents.

-Annual parties & Family day -Free Lunch -Fun, Supportive & inclusive environment -Work sometimes feels like fun but at times its so hectic and tiring -Holi/Diwali celebration -Employee discount on sony products(B-type products)

Dislikes

-6 days working(Roaster basis) -very less salary -not much to learn -No/very less opportunity for growth(promotion) -Too much office politics -Some Managers are just there for roaming around, talking all day, gossiping and involved in office politics -brain draining job -Headeachs due to use of headphones

Culture of company, logical and descent policies of company, support of seniors l, instant resolution of problems.

Dislikes

Noting much just salary is somewhat lower that market, a little issue in work life balance sometimes I had to work without taking any weekly off for whole month

... out on the products. Finest dicipline throughout the professional time devoted. Never a second thought if you want to join this company, the only disappointment is with Salary part, and the reason for me to exit.
