Worst management from 2021.managment is supporting those who are not working and paying high salary. Those who are hard working paying less salary and they are treating them as donkeys. hr person don't know how to take the decision when any situation comes to him.just hearing new comers and harrasing seniors. He not need seniors? I think so. They are trying to fill 1000 employees within 1year by recurting those who are not interested in work. I'm not understanding y they are giving more importance to social media rather than production. Is this company belongs to social media Or aerospace? Social media people are Creating unwanted fun program and distrubing production. Please dont join in this company. If ur joining take 6 month training and jump to some other good company.

Good part is they will pay on hourly basis if we work overtime. However, some companies don't even pay.

For freshers it's good but there is no growth both in compensation as well as learning terms.

Dislikes

...ual and the management will make you work in a same project as long as possible. In terms of promotions as well nothing happens since there is a no policy of rewarding people and pay scale is lowest among the airbus networks for experienced people.

It's a mini Political surface. You will find many old roots with stubborn attitude due to which real gem characters will not be highlighted. If you want to survive here then You should be like a dumb. Comany policy is worst.no appraisal. Once you put paper they will see all the possibilities to make you suffer untill your exit formalities. If you want to get rid of all the above then you must act very stupid and u must know how to butter your superiors. Moreover there is no benefit financially. At the end you will have no satisfaction and you will be like a polluted water. No self-respect to individuals. No proper cafeteria.
