There is no work life balance. Unfair pay. Under appreciation. Overworked. This is not MNC ita a pvt Ltd company. Before joining please confirm with HR for saturday working. It's a Micromanagment.

No doubt it is a great company having innovative products , but in India the people are sitting in HO are like government servants who don't care about the field staff

Bad management NSM will chase you for impossible targets which one can't achieve and finally one will leave the company

First of all it was very great experience and privilege to work in such a organisation. I love my job as a audiologist SONOVA made me more passionate towards my job. Team work, workshops and trainings added a great experience to me. Company policies are so supportive for the working employees at the same time the policy maintain professional standards. It’s a cooperate work culture supporting senior and jovial peer workers helped me to explore more about audiologist and also they gave fed me extra knowledge on hearing aid programming counselling and troubleshooting.

High scope for innovation and processes improvement. Slow but definitely pro-change in terms of implementation of new ideas and processes.

High scope for standardizing policies. Needs improvement at work life balance aspect. Remuneration can be brought up to other industry levels.
