New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. No doubt it is a great company having innovative products , but in India the people are sitting in HO are like government servants who don't care about the field staff

Bad management NSM will chase you for impossible targets which one can't achieve and finally one will leave the company

First of all it was very great experience and privilege to work in such a organisation. I love my job as a audiologist SONOVA made me more passionate towards my job. Team work, workshops and trainings added a great experience to me. Company policies are so supportive for the working employees at the same time the policy maintain professional standards. It’s a cooperate work culture supporting senior and jovial peer workers helped me to explore more about audiologist and also they gave fed me extra knowledge on hearing aid programming counselling and troubleshooting.
