No doubt it is a great company having innovative products , but in India the people are sitting in HO are like government servants who don't care about the field staff

First of all it was very great experience and privilege to work in such a organisation. I love my job as a audiologist SONOVA made me more passionate towards my job. Team work, workshops and trainings added a great experience to me. Company policies are so supportive for the working employees at the same time the policy maintain professional standards. It’s a cooperate work culture supporting senior and jovial peer workers helped me to explore more about audiologist and also they gave fed me extra knowledge on hearing aid programming counselling and troubleshooting.
