The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that i am a part of a dynamic and energized team that is reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but the growth is slow as per the Production need.Moreover the infrastructures should be improved to grip over the wide range of dynamic work facility with new technologies.

As a trainer at the time of joining in SONODYNE TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD. After 6 months i am became an operator in cnc milling, Manuel milling, drilling, tapping, shaping and sanding machine. Now i am as a learner on cnc milling programming.

Have no salary increment system.

Nothing 😑

Dislikes

Poor research and development. Office computers still runs on windows xp. Old softwares, with less features. Shortage of lab equipments. There lab had developed holes in the roof, so they kept buckets under those holes, during a rainy day .
