Everything is fine on the joining of the new employee but after a month or two the MD and Executive MD of the company always harass their employees. Threatened to be fired from the job. The senior HR of the company imposes the responsibility of his mistake on his junior. All the rules and policies in the company are there for show, in reality there is no rule and policy, when they need it, they change it according to their own. The duty shift is said to be of 9 hours, in fact, more than 12 hours of duty has to be done daily, failing which, Executive MD Mr. Rajeev Lalwani threatens to be fired. This is politics environment and corrupt management. Very very bad working environment.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high also, no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have guide them step by step which is pain sometime.

Md Rajeev Jhunjhunvala is a good person He always support for all team... But Lalvani always keeps giving them wrong information and digress

Management has very little knowledge in technically and plant improvement... Director Mr Lalvani feels like he know everything but really he has no knowledge like that how to plant improvement, increase sales... Only knowledge for md ko bewakoof banana .... And he has two chamcha , ...... Chamcha itna niche gir jata hai ki uska koi limit nhi hai.... Ak chamcha ko to hamesa job ka dar bna rhta hai ki o pade likhe ko apne team me age nhi badne dena chahta hai

Nothing. Everything here is negative. Sonico Unit 1 higher authority is game planner.Here all in one is Director. Here director and md always use dirty language. No one employees have freedom. Working hours here 12 to 15 hrs daily. Hitler Raj here.

Working environment is not good. Management is also not supportive, always use dirty language with employees. Due to this here retrenchment rate is high. No one want to join here. I will also say that to everyone please don't join in any department of Sonico . Because after two or three they will terminate you. Working hours daily 12 to 15 hrs. Here shift 8 Am to 10 pm daily.
