HR team is good only.

Dislikes

No good salary package against sales target , management is good, not ready to listen actaul problem. Everyone have some fav employe and all the supporting them rest all useless in compnay. Faviourism is on high side.

Company 5 years back was best company to work with where management was understanding and appreciation the work of the employee.

Dislikes

Company working culture has changed from past 3 years management is not concern about the downt the line employees.

Likes

Nice people's, treat respectfully with employees. Management takes care of employees health their families through health insurance. Sallary always on time. Other facilities are good. Good growth opportunities for deserving employees.

Dislikes

Lengthy process & approval matrix, lot of meetings. Decision making is slow

Managers are very helpful. They support their team very much. Especially Mr.Vivek Singh Administration Manager and Ms.Seema Ahluwalia (Director of Administration,HR,IT & Marcom) they are best management of sonepar.

Everything is perfect in sonepar.

As an employer Sonepar India is really good. The culture and management people are so approachable and humble that one can get a homely feeling to work with them

Dislikes

Only problem is the 2 senior Heads of HR department. The are the people who are tarnishing the image of Sonepar. They spend more time in politics and insult employees.
