50% salary deduction ,if you come out of the project. it is very difficult to get tagged to a project. Majority of the projects are short term project company is outside the city (Global Village tech park, Pattanagere), so travelling this long everyday is very difficult.

...erms of project acquisition. Solely depend upon travel domain based projects. Worst thing is, they haven't provided full salary in this crisis period or lockdown.

If you prove yourself in six months then you will be feel good enough to enjoy this company.but make sure u have to prove urself and your talents.. good work life balance..no such like that u have to work every day 9 hrs.. depends on ur manager I feel..but freshers it is very good company...

This company is sweet and small. It respects every employee work and values them equally. Good career growth and learning opportunities. Every month training will be maintained. This is the only company which has 30 to 60% of employees working from the past 25 years without change.

Compensation is less and hikes are very less. Kannada biased politics is there but not much as in other company.

You can get tea, coffee for free but they deduct 20 rs every month from your salary for sake of a club.

If you are planning for baby in you family i will not suggest for women. they don't give work from home when you need it. No work flexibility and work life balance is zero. Not good for Women employee. They don't have creche also. Appraisal will always extended for 4-5 months so at the end of 5 year appraisal cycle there will be only 4 appraisal.
