Salary cut to 50% , for one month bench employee. Managers are not good and you have to be available 24/7 for work and to receive their pH. calls. Higher management should release manager who doesn't know proper management. Half salary if you will be bench for one month. They will hire you and in one month if you will not get project they will cut your 50% of salary. Don't join to ruin your career.

Dislikes

Salary cut to 50% for one month bench employee. No proper hr policy. No proper management. Hire and fire policy. Work pressure is very high. Legacy manager with high politics. Pay scale is less compare to market.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
