50% salary deduction ,if you come out of the project. it is very difficult to get tagged to a project. Majority of the projects are short term project company is outside the city (Global Village tech park, Pattanagere), so travelling this long everyday is very difficult.

It's very poorly managed workplace. Most of the folks are here for 15, 20 years and treat they are the boss. Give you feel of an govt office.

...tude. There are almost no communication from competency other than deliverables. Poor compensation and no sight of annual appraisal. Overall it lakes the zeal and not recommended for high growth mindset.

1)If you join after jan you will not get hikes for same year, need wait for one more year 2)2months bench ad 2months notice period,if they dont have any project they will ask to resign forcefully

-They will give salary ontime -You can easily enter into this company if you are a fresher

-Worst management.No preference for employee thoughts or requests. -There are no projects at all in this company but they still hire people and put them on bench and do mental torture. -You will loose your experience basically if you are not working in project -HR's will not respond at all. -Competency manager will not give a chance to prove yourself for new technology.For everything they need experience without chance or opportunity how one can gain experience? -Overall if you need money for shorttime and no career growth you can join.

Sonata was a good organisation until the new management took over the organisation and made things worse.

As the Management changed, Sonata has a new policy where if an employee is in bench for more than a month, then they are paying 50% of the salary. This is utter nonsense. An employee who is completely dependent on an organisation every month, if the organisation pays half a salary then how would the employee manage? If the organisation has no projects with them, it’s not employees issue. The management should be responsible for that. The company is not stable. Sonata recruits new employees every year just for the sake of publicity. They are forcing contract employees to leave their organisation quoting “they don’t have projects”.
