- Salary on time but during bench period 50% salary cut . - work life balance somehow there - in some extend they follow some cmm 5 organization guidelines in culture

Dislikes

- Recruitment team and HR dept are very bad . They respond to all queries but taking solution takes longer time . - No severance pay or additional benefits during laid off time .Laid off happens suddenly .No organizational meetings on awareness of it . - Any mistake happens during exit time means you will be mad taking follow up for correction. - WFH not mentioned properly in offer letter means you should plan to relocate somehow otherwise you have to get laid off for not following RTO guidelines though you have various valid reasonlike medical emergency ,manager approval etc but RTO mail supersedes all approvals .

The kind of work environment is very liberal and flexible. You will find it very nice to work here, that is why retention is high compared to other companies

Dislikes

The compensation they give is unpredictable and low. Even if your performance is excellent, there is no guarantee you will get a good raise. Many things won't be transparent

...aisal since last 2 years. And they are not at all employee centric organization. If you only care about salary with no growth, no work life balance, no leaves , toxic manager then this place is for you. I am taking about Delhi location.

All are dislikes. Employees are not happy bcoz of current Regional Director. He is a toxic person, will kill you mentally.

It's very poorly managed workplace. Most of the folks are here for 15, 20 years and treat they are the boss. Give you feel of an govt office.

...tude. There are almost no communication from competency other than deliverables. Poor compensation and no sight of annual appraisal. Overall it lakes the zeal and not recommended for high growth mindset.

1)If you join after jan you will not get hikes for same year, need wait for one more year 2)2months bench ad 2months notice period,if they dont have any project they will ask to resign forcefully
