Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Company not providing the basic facility such as Appointment letter, Final settlement letter, salary breakup. Still there is no leave policy Still there are not providing PF policy to their employees.

Mr. Daga the CEO is the worst person of sonar who is the responsible for stopping the growth, he don't have any either technical knowledge or financial knowledge, he only know english literature.
