Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Likes

Small company but full of politics on all the stages. Few are very good workers as well as professionals but mostly buttering people, Salary growth is terrible as people gets max 1500 Nepali Currency which will come around 900 some changes in INR, Plant is said to be automated but most of the things are running bypassed. Not even I/O address file I found here being an Instrumentation Engineer. Over all rating from my side is not terrible but not even average too. It's a Poor situation indeed.
